The Concept

My photography focuses on fleeting moments in everyday life. These situations often go overlooked by many, but they stay with me, move me, and inspire me deeply. I capture them before they are gone. Some images are quiet and intimate; others are raw, unexpected or surreal. Memories of a Life Worth Living is based on the fragility of the moment. Before we realize it, what we are living through has already become part of the past. It no longer exists in material form, but only as memory. These moments cannot stay with us, and we have to move forward with our lives. Photography is my way of preserving, at least in part, what once was.

Analogue photography is my medium of choice because it can capture the emotional intensity with which I live my experiences. Through these photographs, I share that emotion with the collector as something we can experience together. The image becomes a bridge between my past and the collector’s continuous present. Those moments are now gone, but through this collection, they are more present than ever. The photographs are not connected by a single subject, but by a shared emotional atmosphere. Each captures a unique aspect of human experience: intimacy, movement, solitude, chance, and the quiet oddness of everyday life. The collection does more than just decorate a wall. It tells a subtle story in the space that each person can discover and interpret it in their own way.

Product Details & Shipping

This collection includes 12 hand-signed and numbered photographic prints. They are made on professional lustre paper and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Specifically chosen from my photographic portfolio, each Photograph, sized A3 or 50 x 70 cm, is released in a limited edition of 50. As I offer clients the possibility to curate their own collection (scroll below for details), when a photograph reaches its limit, it will be removed from the collection. All photographs you see on this page are currently available.

Framed sets are in black wooden frames with glass. They come ready to hang, giving a uniform look across the whole installation. Unframed prints are shipped flat. They have protective backing to keep their surface safe and prevent bending during transit.

I individually prepare and ship every collection from Madrid. Shipping within the Eu, has a flat rate cost of €15, whether you choose framed or unframed. The studio covers the rest. If any piece arrives damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no additional cost for the buyer.

I can share a video of the product before shipping. This way, I ensure it meets the client’s expectations.

The Artist Behind the Collection

I began my artistic practice at ArtEZ University of the Arts in the Netherlands. I arrived without a formal background in art, and my first year was a complete failure. My photography professor suggested I switch fields. He said art and photography weren’t for me.

Obviously, I ignored him. Four years later, I graduated. The local press named me one of the year’s most interesting graduates. After moving to Spain, while developping my studio practice, I worked as a sculptor on projects for well known artists, including Manolo Valdés and Cristina Iglesias. The latest of these projects was Cristina Iglesias’s Aurora Borealis Star Dome. I was the sole sculptor responsible for creating the work in wax before it was cast in aluminium. The finished sculpture is a 5-meter dome. It’s now permanently placed in Princess Estelle Sculpture Park, the park of the King, in Stockholm, Sweden. (Read More About My Commission Work)

Today, I create photography, sculpture and commissioned artworks for collectors, designers and architects. Each work stays true to my visual style, shifting between image and materials using plaster, epoxy, metal, and printmaking.
